Good- BYE..

For some reason we get these random urges to sell our perfectly good cars because we WANT a change.. We have been talking about selling the Honda for a while.... and seems like we have been borrowing both parents trucks a lot lately. The other night, we put it on KSL just to see what happened...It sold a lot quicker that what we were thinking. So, let the truck hunting begin!
Stella has become quite the character lately. Here is some random pictures of what this little mischievous, and independent girl has been up too.....

I love this smile!

Stella loves to ride in Grandma Ellis' wagon.

She loves to make messes.... puzzles, & q-tips. This is something I am learning I will have to get use to. I am very O.C.D. about everything being in it's place... I will find myself starting to get overwhelmed and I'll just start laughing. Stella will crinkle her little nose and starting laughing too. I guess that is one way for me to lighten up.

She loves to climb up on things. The other day, I heard her making some noise went in to check on her and she had climbed up on this and was patting on the window. She loves the outside, I wish it would warm up a little more so we could be out there more she loves it!

Grandma Burnett found this toy and Stella loves it! She will cruise behind it. At first, I was trying to help her get the hang of it. She would just scream and arch her back. I then realized she wanted to do it herself! My little one is becoming more independent and doesn't want mom's help that much anymore :-(

This picture makes me laugh! We went out the other day to do some yard work. We were trying to find Stella a hat so she didn't get burned. She was given this hat when she was a new born. I think it may be a little to small. We put both hat and glasses on and she just froze not knowing what to do! HILARIOUS!

We set up a little area downstairs to work out... Stella and I went down to talk with Dale. I set her down she crawled right over to the ball weights... She just happened to have a hair band on and so we pulled it down some to make it look like a sweat band. This is what we came up with! (It took all her energy to pick up these balls. Her face says it all.)

Boating..

The other day we went out to Burnett's to help with the yard and help get the boat ready for the season... After the work was done we took the boat out for a ride. It was a little chilly but we had a fun time. Stella loves the boat, she was so content! We just need this weather to start warming up so we can enjoy it with a little sunshine!

Dumplings..

At my Dad's work, Icon will have a couple people come over and stay for a little while in the states to see how they would like things done with some of the products over in China plant. While they are here we try to have them come over. In the past we have taken them up the Canyon and have a camp fire with yummy food or have them over to my parents and have them make us dumplings with other Chinese food. We had the opportunity to meet these two wonderful people.. Devan and Joelin. There is something about the Chinese people that I love.. they are the most caring, kind people with very BIG hearts!

CUPCAKE..

For Relief Society I was asked to do a cupcake demo. I had so much fun with this..... I did 12 different styles of cupcakes. We made over 100 cupcakes and let the sister go to town and decorate them. I think my favorite part of this was seeing the older sisters giggle and be so amazed at what you could do with candy on a cupcake. I have really grown to love this ward. There are so many amazing people and sweet testimonies, it's fun to be a part of it!

10 months..

We love this girl sooo much!! Stella personality is becoming so fun. She knows how to makes us laugh and we love to see her cute smile. She is still crawling everywhere and is so busy and fast, she standing up to everything and walking along anything that will allow her too. Stella has discovered the stairs....she loves to go up them, going down is a different story. She is officially done with the bottle...by her choice not mine. Which made my job even easier. (I have been very impressed with her transitions, to different things..I hear some peoples horror stories) She loves to give kisses and hugs, it melts my heart! We have recently discovered a new game with her. We will chase her around and say " I'm gonna get you!" she will crawl super fast and giggle so hard. I love listening to her babbles. I love the time I get to spend time with her... everyday is a new adventure!

Soccer

Bryce is being coached by my Dad and Bryant is his Assistant. Bryce is has scored a lot of the teams points this year, he is a very determined boy and is a very good with the ball.

Bryant is a 4 on 4 team this year a little different from other years. This kids is so quick!! I love to watch how quick he is on the field. Keep it up buddy!

It has been so fun to watch these two play soccer. Stella, Grandma and I are the boys #1 cheerleaders... I have loved watching them play. I never played growing up so, it has been fun to learn the rules of the game.

Mothers Day..

Mothers have strengths that amaze men.

They bear hardships and they carry burdens,
but they hold happiness, love and joy.

They smile when they want to scream.
They sing when they want to cry.

They cry when they are happy
and laugh when they are nervous.
They fight for what they believe in.
They stand up to injustice.

They don't take "no" for an answer
when they believe there is a better solution.

They go without so their family can have.
They go to the doctor with a frightened friend.
They love unconditionally.
They cry when their children excel
and cheer when their friends get awards.

They are happy when they hear about
a birth or a wedding.
Their hearts break when a friend dies.
They grieve at the loss of a family member,

yet they are strong when they
think there is no strength left.
They know that a hug and a kiss

can heal a broken heart.

Mothers come in all shapes, sizes and colors.

They'll drive, fly, walk, run or e-mail you
to show how much they care about you.

The heart of a mother is what
makes the world keep turning.

They bring joy, hope and love.
They have compassion and ideas.
They give moral support to their

family and friends.

I have a very caring, kind, and great example for a Mom. She is always putting everyone before herself and sacrifices much for our family... I don't think I really have realized this until being a mom myself. She is so good to Stella. Stella is very lucky to have a grandma like her in her life. Thanks mom for all you do, I appreciate you so much!

My mother-in-law has also been a big example to me.. I love her spunk! I love how she finds a way of looking at everything so positive and referring it back to the gospel. I am grateful to her for raising an AWESOME son. I couldn't ask for a better husband and my bestest friend!

I am grateful for all the other women in my life.. Grandma's, Sisters, Sister-in-laws, Aunts, cousins, friends and neighbors... I have learned something from each one of these girls and cherish each friendship I have made with each of them.

Happy Mothers Day to all the special ladies in my life...especially my MOM!

I am so grateful for the chance that I have to be a mom! I love Stella so much. She is such a wonderful blessing in my life.
